Oak Crest is looking for a part time (20 hours/wk DAY SHIFT), Human Resources Assistant to join the HR Team.

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for receptionist duties in the HR main office, including answering telephones and greeting visitors to the department. The HR Assistant also coordinates new hire processing, assists with new hire file audits, provide front desk desk coverage (when needed) and administrative support to the HR Department. Other duties may be required. 


This ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Excellent communication skills, strong organizations skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office. Attention to detail is a must.
• Be customer focused and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree in related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR preferred.
