Tallgrass Creek, in Overland Park, is seeking Administrative Coordinators for our 5 Star rated community.   Our Administrative Coordinators are the first point of contact for our residents, guests, visitors and team members.  These positions require excellent customer service and multitasking skills 

Essential Duties:
  • Responds to Emergency Call System and building alarm system.
  • Greets and signs in all visitors and provides directions and information to residents, visitors, guests and vendors.
  • Provides clerical/administrative tasks. Types letters of correspondence, memorandums, reports, forms, etc, sorting and distributing of packages. 
  • Receives event reservations, schedules guest apartment reservations and updates census, resident directory.
  • Manages office equipment and supplies.
  • Provides effective and courteous service to all residents, guests and co-workers.

  • Prior Receptionist experience required.  Concierge, Administration or Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, exceptional communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through; must be able to multitask.
  • Strong clerical skills to include knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED required,  college degree preferred
