The role of the Recruiter is to research, interview, screen, and refer qualified candidates for job openings. The Recruiter will collaborate with management across multiple departments, to fill positions in a timely manner.

Lantern Hill is a new Erickson Living senior living community located in New Providence, New Jersey. • Create a sustainable pipeline of qualified, current talent to proactively fill openings and overall, decrease time to fill
• Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Create and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders; create regular rhythms and meeting schedules with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress, and identify potential obstacles to closing all positions.
• Daily management of job requisitions and dispositioning of candidates in real time in all recruitment platforms to accurately reflect applicant flow and time to hire standards.
• Produce regular progress updates and recruitment metrics, including specific recommendations for hard to hill positions
• Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition to contribute to and deliver on overall Erickson Living/Lantern Hill recruitment and employment branding strategy
• Confers with management and supervisors, and scheduling department to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Provide interviewing and recruitment training and guidance to hiring managers
• Develops recruitment and retention programs, and monitors budgets to attract applicants to fill specific job openings.
• Provides information to Human Resources about market and competition.
• Analysis of recruitment situations and develops recruitment strategies.
• Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing retention statistics and making recommendations for improvement.
• Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
• Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.
• Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other organizations to find and attract applicants. Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
• Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.
• Files and maintains employment records for future references with Human Resources and assists with new hire processing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum two years of recruiting experience is required.
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred .
